Our Team

Before joining Sunshine Kids Pediatric Giselle worked in Healthcare Administration serving as a liaison between Patient Access, Billing, Medical Records and Case Management. She spent her time focusing on operational development and company regulations.

This role gave her the opportunity to assist patients from the beginning of the scheduling process through to the time of service. Here she was able to build relationships with the patients, helping them to understand the hospital process and providing them with information on resources available to them.

Ready for a change focused on improving lives, she was excited to bring her knowledge and experience to the team. She is determined to make a safe environment and second home to the children of Sunshine Kids Pediatric Center.
